Through your generous contributions, the young patients of Childrens Hospital Los Angeles - Heart Center will have the opportunity to live and achieve their highest potential, and we can continue to provide free screening of athletes and other young adults for hidden heart disease. The Chad Foundation also gladly accepts in-kind gifts for our special events and employer matching funds program.

The Chad Foundation also welcomes pertinent information, personal experiences on heart disease and cardiomyopathy, especially relating to sudden death in young athletes. Please contact us if you are a family who would like to participate in our YOUNG AMERICANS documentary and companion book, which will celebrate young athletes whose lives were bright and stellar but cut short by Sudden Death in Young Athletes. We also welcome documentary or film artisans who would like to participate in this very special project for this very special cause.
